Really well made fan for a reasonable price
Not knowing Amazon had this fan, I purchased it from another source. We are very happy with its solid metal construction and the speed and volume of air. It's also nice it can be adjusted down to a desk fan, although at high speed, it might blow your hair off. Although I bought it on sale, the sale price was about the same as the price on Amazon. Regular retail price was a ridiculous $85.00.
Bad buy
Fan got knock over. The cage is held on to the motor assembly with a thin piece of plastic that shattered. This was not a forceful hit just a fall over. Okay my fault called to get a replacement piece but low and behold the easiest piece to replace, a flat piece of plastic, held on with 4 screws, with a collar nut to hold the cage on, and the only thing that would be easily breakable is not on their parts list and they would offer a discount on a new fan. I won't ever purchase a Bonaire again!

The price? Well just right! The function? Surprisingly powerful! The size? Bigger than I thought! Assembly? Easy day ladies and gentlemen!
Great fan with good look and good quality output. Stands to about 3 to 4 feet tall has a low bar so you can make it smaller, like a desk fan if you want, and really keeps the room air cool. Pretty impressed.
