Dual Deep Fat Fryer

Great, but....
So far this seems to be a great "home" deep fat fryer. Price is right for the product, temperature recovers quickly and temperatures to 375 F are good. But... The timer is almost worthless. It goes from zero min. (off) to one hour. Timer must be on to use and numbers are hard to see. For a product like frozen french fries at about four minutes (What would you cook in a DFF for an hour?), it's useless. As an automatic shut down, should you forget to turn it off, it's probably a good idea. The instruction booklet was written on scrap paper overseas. Need I say more? There is no manufactures warrantee associated that I can discover and Savoureux has no web site that I can find. I would advise paying the $6.99 for the one year warrantee. The controller seems to be identical to my old fryer and that one lasted over ten years. Filters are probably a waste of time and incredibly over priced. Not like the gas fired units I had in my restaurant (I'm retired), but so far I'm happy.

Dual Deep Fat Fryer
Everything I wanted in a deep fryer. Easy to use, easy to clean. Removable oil comtainer makes storing used oil convenient for reuse. With 2 small and 1 large basket, frying more than 1 food at a time or a generous amount of 1 food is simple. Price was lower than many other units I considered and well worth it. Numerous uses have been trouble free with excellent results. I've even made my own corn dogs and funnel cakes as good or better than the MN State Fair offers.

I use this fryer so much making my own tortilla chips and also making my Chimichangas,I LOVE IT
is so roomy and deep I can fry my food in seconds.
