Good fan - Serves its purpose well
I purchased this fan to sit flush against an 8-ft ceiling without a light fixture hanging down. It performs that function well while providing smooth and quiet operation. It is basic and modern in appearance with an oil rubbed bronze finish that fits nicely with my decor. Installation was simple - I had it installed and operating within two hours of opening the box. I would recommend this product to a friend.
fan won't balance and its noisy
I really like the look of this fan but after it's been now in the ceiling for over a week it is wobbling and making considerable noise.. I have tried to balance the fan with no luck and it appears to be getting worse. I guess you get what you pay for. My next step will be to take the blades off and check the installation but I doubt I will find anything, the fan was mounted where a larger fan was working for years.
