best convection oven I have ever owned

Top rack not baked
This holds two 9 x 13 pans, or so I thought. Only the bottom one gets baked.
I think the problem is that the tray on bottom seals off all heat because it is a solid tray, so I am ordering a second wire rack to see if stuff bakes better.
Parts don't fit
The quality of the finish and fit of this appliance is the lowest you could get. It has a cheap price but the racks do not stay in place. They fall down. The rotisserie bar is too short and does not fit in place.
