Great product...and GREAT service!
First of all, the dehydrator shipped in record time. I was amazed at how quickly it arrived. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to discover that the unit we received was broken (not a function of shipping damage, but just plain broken). However, I have to give UTMOST KUDOS to Fusion Imports for their handling of this matter (particularly since we had already purchased a fridge full of fruit to dehydrate and were now facing a fridge full of rotten fruit given the unusable machine). I contacted Fusion through Amazon, and received an e-mail reply within minutes explaining how to handle the issue and process the return. Moreover, as soon as they had indication through UPS that the defective machine was on its way back to them, they shipped us a new one. Within two days, we had our new (and working) machine and all the fruit was saved! And the machine itself is great. Working well and my husband (the cook in the family) has been busy making delicious and healthy home-made fruit...
